The “A taste of New Zealand” event in Geneva last Tuesday, in the wonderful Exhibition room of the Cité du Temps, was once again a hit for the Tourism New Zealand Business Events team and their partners. The concept of the evening was a fabulous wine tasting accompanied by delicious matching food typical for New Zealand.
Renowned writer and wine specialist Oz Clarke, marvelously presented the New Zealand specialities to the participating planners in Geneva. His unique passion for wines could be noticed by everyone attending and his presentations incredibly informative were bundled with bits of well-crafted humor.
It is though not only Oz, or the unbeatable New Zealand wines and inspired foods that were the highlights of the evening, but also the novelties in the New Zealand Business Event section. The new colleague in charge of business events Lisa Gardiner, Chris Brook from the regional Auckland government and the new to open Convention Centre: all of these were beneficial for the attending agency and organization planners to build up their network of personal contacts.
We want to thank all our guests for joining – what we all thought was – a very special and enjoyable presentation of New Zealand Business Events and their partners! Please enjoy a first selection of pictures of the event and share a comment, it would be much appreciated!
