Lisa HohmannDirector Operations & Strategy Part of the tmf team since September 2004 Moving up through the ranks, from apprentice to Director Operations & Strategy in eight years, Lisa is the entrepreneureal and driving soul of tmf’s operation and strategies and works closely with the managing directors of tmf. The graduated dialogue marketing expert has the right solution ready for every problem. Being a “digital native” combined with her creativity, technical understanding and long-time experience at tmf help her to manage every challenge along the way.

Heike DorschProject Manager Live Communication Heike’s passions: travel, yoga, outdoor sports, diving, photography Heike loves the challenge to work in an international team with different cultures involved. After studying International Management in Germany and abroad, she worked for several years in marketing. During her stay in Asia she developed a passion for yoga and decided to teach Chinese Hatha yoga. Meanwhile her business career flourished while working for a market research company in Shanghai, Bangkok and Singapore. At one point in her life she decided to set sail and crossed two oceans just to be in time for the perfect job waiting for her at tmf. In her role as Project Manager Live Communications she is able to combine her organising ability with her passion for tourism.

Morwenna SeveronProject Mananger PR & Content Morwenna’s passions: languages, nature, different cultures, hiking, climbing, exploring new places Morwenna is inspired by tourism and communication and as such she has made them both the focus of her career. Her background in linguistics, politics and tourism, four years of experience as Communications Manager for an international Organisation, her friendly personality and positive attitude mean that she is a great addition to the team. In her spare time Morwenna volunteers for nature conservation organisations, explores the great outdoors and also likes to take time to relax at home with a good book or film.

Susanne HertenbergerProject Manager PR & Content Susanne’s passions: climbing & hiking, cinema & TV, Scandinavia & Rome, cooking & wine Before moving to Würzburg last year our Swiss girl Susanne studied in Constance and worked as teacher for Latin, journalist and pr manager in Munich. She is always good-humoured but sometimes things can´t work fast enough for her. Susanne is a fan of Scandinavia, 2007/08 she lived in Sweden for several months. On the other hand she likes Rome and the Italian dolce vita. After a working day she often clears her mind while climbing or jogging.

Miriam KäserTeam Assistant Miriam’s passions: snowboarding, travel, meeting friends After her final exams, she started her 6 months trip throw Australia with a work’n'holiday visa. She is studying economics in Würzburg, so she dicided to solve her intership at tmf for half a year.

Sina BaumerProject Assistant Sina’s passions: reading, travel, meeting friends After Sina did a semester abroad in London she went back to her bavarian hometown Würzburg. Now since February 2012 she is a part of our team.
