Over 200 planners attended the Experiential Planner MICE Roadshow, that visited three of the biggest outbound markets of India – Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore between the 10th and 13th of August.
The tenth edition of The Experiential Planner MICE Roadshow, India’s leading platform for outbound MICE planners to connect with international destinations, hotels, venues, DMCs and more from across the globe, concluded on a successful note drawing participating from over 200 planners across India.
An initiative of tmf dialogue marketing India, The EP MICE Roadshow, is the answer for outbound MICE planners in India to directly connect with destination authorities, hotels, venues, DMCs and more from around the globe. In 2015, the EP MICE Roadshow, visited three of the biggest outbound markets of India viz. Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore between the 10th and 13th of August.
The Experiential Planner is India’s leading focussed platform for MICE planners to connect with international destinations. The three-city roadshow, engaged various planners across the MICE, event and wedding planning spectrum through 5 events – 3 business luncheons and 2 exclusive evening receptions.
The partners for The Experiential Planner MICE Roadshow 2015 were Sultanate of Oman, Ministry of Tourism, Tourism New Zealand, Singapore Tourism Board and Blue Marble Destination Services (Malta), all looking to focus and cater to the Indian market and its growing MICE and destination-event potential.
The Experiential Planner MICE Roadshow 2015 kick started its journey in Delhi, with an evening reception at the Wine Company in Gurgaon, which saw the presence of corporates and agencies like Microsoft, Birla Sun Life Insurance, MCI, Creative Travel, Leisure Travel and Studio Neelabh. The evening reception was followed the next day by the main event that took place at The Taj Palace Hotel which witnessed participation from over 75 planners from Hyundai Motor, Hero MotoCorp, Confederation of Indian Industries, Cox & Kings and Salt Experiences & Management, to name a few.
The Mumbai leg of the event witnessed an engaging roadshow at the Taj Lands End. Over 70 planners attended the event in Mumbai from prominent corporates and agencies like DDB MudraMax, 70 EMG, Thomas Cook, SBI Funds Management, Laqshya Event, Star India and Fountainhead Corporate Journeys, to name a few.
The final leg of the roadshow concluded in Bangalore at Vivanta By Taj which witnessed the presence of over 60 planners from the likes of Yatra.com, Kuoni Travel, George P. Johnson, to name a few. This was followed by an exclusive sundowner held in association with Phase One Events, at The Blue Bar at Taj West End, marking the perfect end to the roadshow with partners and corporates networking over cocktails. Corporates like Volvo Eicher, Fujitsu and IDEB Projects attended the event.
