Innovation, meeting design and creativity will be unfolding this June during the Fresh Conference 2015, at the Hesperia Tower in Barcelona. Between the 21 and the 23 of June this year, event planners and designers will be exploring new topics and formats, fresh technology and techniques for events: all in all, the future of meeting design, in a no-rule, inspiring atmosphere.
Each year, a blend of art, inspiration and technology make up great key topics for the Fresh conference. The main focus at FRESH 15 will be the art tools for designing effective meetings, that is PASS TV. It stands for:
• P. Performing Arts: acting, role play, keynote, group painting
• A. Audio-visual: video production, music production, light show
• S. Staging: creating a show and experience
• S. Story: scripting, making a flow, translate the messages in a story
• T. Text: speech writing, content write-up
• V. Visual: look and feel, logo, design etc.
FRESH has also a growing number of awards, with categories such as The Meeting Design Tool of the year, The start-up of the year, the Art in meetings award, the best technology tool etc.

Other novelties at the Hesperia Tower are brought by the new sustainability offer packs available now. A booming trend in the events planner sector is the results of environmental impact at every celebration, and The Hesperia Tower team is increasingly aware of the importance of taking action to reduce it to the fullest. In response to the needs of the sector and following their philosophy of sustainability and social responsibility in Hesperia Tower, they have started a collaboration with the company Ephymera to create a new service offering packs at different levels. The aim is to measure and compensate the carbon footprint and CO2 emissions during the celebration of the event in the hotel.
