Are you an office worker? Then you are probably, as most of your like-minded, sitting most of the day at your desk or in meetings. We all know that this is extremely unhealthy: As soon as we sit down, calorie burning drops, electrical activity in leg muscles shut down and fat burning enzymes decrease by 90%.
