Yesterday, while researching and curating pieces for the tmf newsroom, we stumbled across an article in the Huffington post: the effects of sleep deprivation, brought to us in a lively, colourful, yet not less serious and important infographic, put together by the Business Insider.

Everything from increased risk for heart problems, obesity, to mood swings, poor vision, difficulty of remembering and processing new information, should really make us reconsider when is the right time for us to be going to bed.
