PRESS RELEASE – epex 2019 in Aerocity, New Delhi, on a new high!

The Experiential Planner Expo 2019 concluded on a high note, with the participation of over 600 top decision-makers from the corporate, associations, wedding, and travel industry under one platform from across key source markets in India. Held on June 27th & 28th, the 4th edition of EPEX had a very successful run with a wide variety of attendees, including 320 Hosted Buyers, plus additional registered buyers, meeting with the 78 exhibitors who partnered the show in this edition. EPEX 2019 also witnessed a Hong Kong Cocktail Reception on 27th June followed by EPEX game night Powered by Dubai Business Events, in addition to the pre-scheduled meetings between partners and buyers over the 2 days. Also enhancing their presence were Cvent India as an exhibiting partner at EPEX 2019.

2908 pre-scheduled meetings were conducted amongst partners and buyers, both hosted and registered. The buyer profiles at EPEX 2019, feature 30% Corporate/ Brand Representatives, 30% were Specialised Event/ MICE Agency, 28% Wedding Planners, 6% Travel Agencies, 6% Association/ Industry Body Representatives adding up to a total of 320 pre-profiled hosted leaders. Amongst the 78 Registered partners were global destination tourism and convention bureaus, hotels, hospitality chains, attractions, DMCs and other service providers from across destinations.
