The 4th annual Advisory Board Meeting of the EuBea (European best event awards) Festival was held in Rimini from March 16-18th 2017. The ADC (Alternative Design and Construction) Group organized the meeting, which discussed guidelines and possible improvements for the upcoming Festival taking place this November in Porto, Portugal as well as the creation of the Bea World.
First, guests were brought to the Grand Hotel di Rimini, where they slept for two nights and enjoyed a welcome dinner at the La Dolce Vita restaurant.
The following day, participants met at the Palacongressi di Rimini to discuss the aforementioned topics. EuBea founder Salvatore Sagone and Ilaria Granato (ADC Group business manager) also outlined data from previous editions of the EuBea Festival and of the new Bea World launch.
Bea World will become the first worldwide award dedicated to the events and live communications industry. Mr. Sagone remarked, “We recognize that the communications industry is now global more than ever and that EuBea, with its 12-year history, has gained the experience and prestige necessary to dare to take such a step.”
At Palacongressi, leisure time is just as important as work. Guests were treated to a number of cultural activities including a tour of the city and a visit to the Santarcangelo di Romagna. The EuBea Advisory Board was also treated to a closing dinner at the Teatro Galli and a final cocktail at the Lazaroun restaurant.
