The Experiential Planner Expo (EPEX), following an overwhelming response from the inaugural edition, will increase space for up to 30 destinations to showcase to MICE and Destination Wedding Planners.

Being co-located in Asia’s largest convention for the experiential, MICE and Destination Wedding industry – the WOW Awards and Convention Asia – already proved to be a great advantage from year one. EPEX will take forward from the strengths of its inaugural edition and have a select 30 Destination partners in year 2.

In addition to the access to the 1000 top planner and corporate community amongst WOW delegates, EPEX will run a robust 150 Hosted Buyer Programme, thus maintaining an optimal 1:5 seller:buyer ratio at the show.

With the formal launch of the EPEX brand identity in this second year, the show has already attracted a healthy participation from destinations including Dubai, Barcelona, Vienna, Berlin, Azerbaijan, Italy, Florence, New Zealand, Malta, amongst others.
