In continuation with last year’s successful content curation as part of EPEX, destinations like Dubai, Berlin, Vienna and Barcelona will benefit once again in 2017 from expert knowledge-exchange with the top MICE planners from India.

Last year EPEX introduced a variety of new content formats as part of a larger Experiential Planner conference to engage planners in the message of destinations and their latest concepts.

Given the feedback from both destination partners and planners contributing to the content, and of course the delegates who attended these sessions in 2016, the Experiential Planner Exhibition 2017 will again feature some innovative and pertinent discussions in the conference to keep up integrating inspiring content and evolve the conference part of the largest event industry gathering in India.

Dubai Business Events, as part of its ‘platinum partnership’ to EPEX, will host a leadership insights panel discussion on enhanced business opportunities for the MICE and Events industry in its destination. A topic that has seen increased registrations in the past 2 editions, given the growing interest from India in Dubai and the UAE.

Further, European Destinations, like Berlin, Vienna and Barcelona will take advantage of the growing interest of Indian MICE to Europe. With destination workshops by each of these CVBs, planners will get an opportunity to showcase their experience in these destinations, while sharing learning and insights. Delegates on the other hand will gain expertise of planning MICE programmes in such destinations, through the messages of the official CVBs, and also their peers.

These invigorated formats of communication and dialogue exchange have proved extremely beneficial to destination representatives as well. Since it allows for contextual insights exchange, and for them to adapt their product and marketing efforts to the right tune of the Indian MICE and Events market.
