Meet top Indian MICE, Destination Wedding, Luxury Travel Buyers

According to feedback recently collected from Indian buyers on how business is expected to revive in the first quarter of next year, planners are actively seeking new information on safety and precaution measures from destinations that are open for business or preparing to open up in the coming months. They will need updates and new contacts to help build proposals for their clients. The EPEX Virtual Series for personal sales meetings is open to Destination/Tourism bureaus, hospitality groups and other suppliers, and offer the choice of joining one, two or all three editions based on their objectives.

The epex meeting series will take place on  2nd–3rd  September, 14th–15th October, 25th–26th November, 2020.

The new concept to build, keep or re-fresh contacts with the Indian Market has seen a positive reaction from potential participants across the globe. Even though the trends suggested that short-haul destinations from India would be the first to open up, there has been equal interest from destinations in Europe for participation in EPEX Virtual. So far, confirmed partners to the first series of the show which will take place in September are Dubai Business Events, Qatar National Tourism Council, Zagreb Tourist Board, Dubrovnik Tourist Board, meetings and exhibitions Hong Kong. Continuing their focus on staying engaged with the varied Indian buyers in the MICE, Luxury and Weddings space, Dubai Business Events, Qatar National Tourism Council will be participating in all three editions within the virtual series.Hospitality groups, individual hotels, new services are following.

Other destinations like Business Events Sydney have also confirmed participation in later editions of the show.

Participation at each event within the series includes 30 pre-scheduled meetings with qualified buyers. If a partner chooses to participate in all three editions, this would mean 90 unique meetings. 2 representatives from every exhibiting partner can join the meeting. Every buyer is pre-qualified based on international business done in the past 18 months.
