KOKS, run by Chef Poul Andrias Ziska and sommelier, Karin Visth, is one of the best places to eat in the Faroe Islands. They use authentically local ingredients and one can experience the distinct Faroese taste and smell, which makes for an out of this world experience.
This place was awarded the Michelin star in 2017. And as well deserved as it is, it has retained the star in 2018 as well. The announcement was made at a gala in Copenhagen on 19th February.
