Introduced in its inaugural edition, EPEX runs a robust Hosted Buyer’s Program where exhibiting partners are ensured one-on-one meetings with the highest profile buyers from the MICE and Destination Wedding industries in Asia.

Since its inception the Experiential Planner and all the platforms run under this brand, has guaranteed connect with only highly-profiled and top potential planners. In the last edition of the Experiential Planner Expo, tmf India engaged over 130 top buyers to meet with the 16 destination partners present.

While enhancing our exhibiting partner base in 2017 to 30-curated destinations, venues and suppliers, the objective is to boost the Hosted Buyer Program as well. A 180-delegate Hosted Buyer Program at EPEX 2017, will ensure a healthy 1:6 ratio between exhibitors:planners. And also help guarantee the 20 pre-scheduled meetings for each partner be with only top-qualified potential planners from across Corporates, MICE, Event, Travel and Wedding Agencies.

The program will also partner with top media companies, industry associations and representation companies in India and Asia, to enhance the Hosted Buyer Program with their sets of top stakeholders. Some of these partners include, SITE Intl., Biz Events Asia, ILEA Middle East amongst others.
