Adapting its spaces to your needs, providing groundbreaking technology, offering a historical centre within walking distance and a surrounding area rich in culture, wellbeing and the good life.

Palacongressi di Rimini has released a new brochure! With a new brochure, comes a newfound focus on these four principles: beauty, flexibility, technology and sustainability.

Beauty: light is the star of the venue

There is no doubting that the Palacongressi di Rimini has a beautiful structure. Built by German architects, it opened its doors in October 2011. Since then, guests have been able to marvel at the full glass walls, open spaces and modern design. In 2016 alone, 250,000 people attended meetings and congresses at the venue! The light and airy design is meant to help you relax and improve the quality of your work during your stay.

Each room’s name such as il Lavatoio or il Pontes reflects the history of Rimini itself. Bringing culture into these spaces creates a much richer and informative experience that not many venues can provide. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, there is no other venue that can mix business with wellness and nature so successfully.

Just taking a short walk, you will experience the modernity of the congress centre, a quiet park, the bustling city, and the scenic waterfront. However, beauty doesn’t just stop at the building. Even the food is beautiful! Thanks to SUMMERTRADE, the freshest local ingredients are presented with creativity.

Flexibility: spaces adapting to your needs

Flexibility may be the most appreciated factor among clients. The Palacongressi will transform to create the perfect space for your event. Whether you need an auditorium or space for gala dinners, concerts, and performances, it is all possible at the Palacongressi! In just a matter of minutes any room can be transformed using sound proof room partitions, modern technology and design. Take for example the Piazza Hall, the largest and most versatile room in the Palacongressi di Rimini, covers more than 4000 sq. meters. The entire space can seat 4,700 or can be seperated into 6 individual rooms to host parallel events!

Technology: everything under control with smart technology

Speaking of technology, it is a major part of any event. First and foremost, all rooms are thoroughly fitted with smart technology to assure your presentations go along without a hitch. Diverse lighting can transform a normal lecture space into a night time performance hall! Audio technology is also the best available on the market. Of course, free WIFI is offered throughout the venue, ensuring that you and your participants can stay on top of your work.

Sustainability: a green project in the heart of the city

Increasingly important, the Palacongressi di Rimini has decided to maintain a sustainable venue. During construction of the structure, eco-friendly materials were used. Diverse waste collection and recycling systems have been adopted to keep the centre and its grounds spotless. And we must not forget the Food for Good initiative taking place. This national initiative collects extra food and materials that would normally be thrown away after an event ends, and instead donates them to those in need.
